AI/ML Engineer

Fieldwire is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy machine learning models for construction site documentation. You will leverage extensive data to create AI-driven solutions, focusing on computer vision, multimodal systems, and spatial intelligence. This role involves building and optimizing ML pipelines for a cloud environment.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using machine learning frameworks
• Utilize VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agents for construction challenges
• Lead data curation and quality assessment for model improvements
• Collaborate in an agile team to deploy solutions in a cloud environment
• Take ownership from conception through production deployment and monitoring
• Strong background in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Neural Architectures
