Principal Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer, Ads & Discovery

Roblox is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale the ML infrastructure powering their Ads & Discovery business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance systems for large-scale model training and serving, focusing on areas like recommendation, search, and generative AI.

• Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure for Ads & Discovery
• Work at the intersection of model architecture and ML infrastructure
• Optimize large-scale training and serving of models including LLMs
• Investigate model, data, and systems tradeoffs end-to-end
• Lead strategic planning and roadmap execution for ML systems
• Own architecture and establish engineering best practices for ML infrastructure
