This hands-on role involves guiding technical direction, overseeing solution design, and ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust AI solutions within the healthcare sector.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineering teams
• Oversee design and implementation of complex AI agent components and Generative AI integrations
• Drive team delivery in collaboration with Product Owners
• Ensure rigorous code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices
• Solve complex technical problems and serve as a technical escalation point
