About this role

Lila Sciences is seeking a Scientist II/Senior Melt Polymer Scientist to develop and optimize solid polymers, focusing on hot melt adhesive systems. You will design and execute experiments using melt processing and characterization techniques, working with AI and machine learning scientists to build autonomous workflows for materials discovery.

What we are looking for
