Forward Deployed Researcher

Prolific is seeking a Forward Deployed Researcher to partner with AI labs and enterprise customers on AI evaluation and data collection projects. You will advise on methodology, design frameworks, and deliver research engagements end-to-end. This role involves collaborating with customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders to improve AI systems through high-quality human data.

• Serve as technical research partner on customer engagements
• Advise and prototype bespoke solutions like evaluation methodology and data collection approaches
• Own methodology for projects from scoping through delivery
• Build trusted relationships with customer research and engineering teams
• Surface patterns from customer work to shape product roadmap
• Collaborate with product teams to translate research insights into applications
