Director, AI/ML Engineering

Lead a major AI/ML engineering division at McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare company. This strategic role involves enterprise-level planning, operational leadership, and financial accountability for AI/ML initiatives. You will translate business strategy into technical roadmaps, manage a team through a management layer, and ensure the responsible deployment of AI/ML systems at scale.

• Lead AI/ML engineering organizations through a management layer
• Manage and grow operating budgets and forecasts (P&L ownership)
• Provide deep technical credibility in AI/ML systems, including LLMs deployment
• Operate within a regulated healthcare/pharma environment
• Translate business strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps
• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud AI/ML platforms (Azure, Python)
