Senior AI Engineer, Real-World Data

Natera is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize intelligent agent workflows for their Real-World Data clinical extraction platform. This role involves integrating AI capabilities into a live production pipeline to improve data quality and reliability, working at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and healthcare data.

• Design, build, and deploy agent-based AI systems for clinical data extraction
• Own technical design and delivery for agent workflows
• Integrate new AI capabilities into existing production platforms
• Develop evaluation and monitoring approaches for regulated environments
• Provide technical leadership and pragmatic tradeoffs
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems and agent workflows
