AVP, AI (Data Science/Engineer) Remote - EST

Lead the architecture and development of multi-agent AI systems for underwriting and claims automation. This role involves designing agent orchestrations, automating complex decisions using data science, and ensuring high accuracy in production solutions. You will partner with implementation engineering and lead offshore teams, establishing standards for agentic systems.

• Design multi-agent orchestration patterns using MCP and A2A protocols
• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic underwriting and claims automations
• Use precision/recall and error analysis to determine automation safety
• Design decision frameworks combining LLMs, retrieval, and traditional ML
• Lead offshore engineers on agentic patterns and prompt engineering
• Establish coding, evaluation, and observability standards for agentic systems
