Engineer

Raft is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join their team in Rome, NY. This role involves building and evaluating machine learning models for mission-relevant use cases, integrating them into the [R]AIMS platform, and working with government stakeholders. The position requires strong Python software engineering skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.

• Build and evaluate machine learning models for mission-relevant use cases
• Develop and maintain reproducible model training and evaluation pipelines
• Integrate models into production-ready [R]AIMS platform infrastructure
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience building and shipping production software or AI/ML systems
• Strong Python software engineering skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
