Senior Engineer - ML Operations

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at Danaher, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models and agentic AI, taking them from experimentation to scalable production. You will design and operate the infrastructure that enables data scientists and engineers to build and deploy AI-driven products and automations reliably and efficiently across Danaher's operating companies.

• Own ML and LLM lifecycle from experiment tracking to production deployment
• Design and operate model serving infrastructure for batch and online inference
• Productionize agentic workflows and automations using orchestration frameworks
• Implement CI/CD, evaluation, and observability for ML models and agents
• Drive compute and cost efficiency for AI workloads, especially GPU usage
• Build self-service tooling and establish MLOps/LLMOps standards
