Senior Engineer - Machine Learning - Regulatory

Cboe is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their Regulatory Division in Chicago. You will leverage AI and ML to build and deploy models that monitor financial markets, ensuring integrity and transparency. This role involves working with large datasets, developing production-level ML systems, and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

• Develop and deploy ML models for financial market surveillance
• Build production-quality data pipelines for terabytes of daily data
• Operate AI agent systems and ML training/deployment infrastructure
• Apply ML engineering discipline to LLM-based software development
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Work with Python, SQL, Docker, CI/CD, and Snowflake
