Manager, Engineering - AI and Data

Lead a high-performing team in developing AI and data-driven systems to enhance offensive security capabilities. This hands-on role focuses on technical direction, building scalable data pipelines, and deploying predictive models to solve complex cybersecurity challenges, while also mentoring the team.

• Lead technical strategy and execution for AI, ML, and data systems
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers
• Direct the full lifecycle of AI/ML/Generative systems development
• Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines and software architecture
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on secure and scalable AI workloads
• Establish and manage best-in-class MLOps practices
