Senior AI/ML Engineer

Cable One is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and architecture of AI/ML platforms and agentic systems within their Network Intelligence division. This role involves defining technical standards, governance, and integration patterns for AI-assisted experiences, while mentoring other engineers and collaborating with various teams.

• Define and own architecture and technical standards for AI/ML platforms and agent frameworks
• Establish standards for context engineering, memory systems, and knowledge packaging
• Design reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent coordination
• Define human-in-the-loop approval requirements and governance controls
• Create evaluation frameworks for AI correctness, safety, and reliability
• Provide technical mentorship and architectural support to AI Engineers
