What we are looking for

Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Indoor Environments Lab
Serve as primary technical engineer for fan/HVAC performance testing (ANSI/AMCA 210, ASHRAE 51)
Own and maintain the laboratory's ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System
Lead technical aspects of HVI, AHRI, and EPA Energy Star programs
Supervise, train, and evaluate junior staff and graduate assistants
Contribute to research proposal development and technical report writing
