Data Scientist III

Republic is seeking a Data Scientist III to independently design, develop, and deploy AI, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions. This role involves owning complex initiatives from problem translation to model deployment and monitoring, acting as a technical leader and mentor. The ideal candidate will balance statistical rigor with engineering best practices to drive business outcomes.

• Design and build advanced statistical, predictive, machine learning, and AI models
• Develop solutions for model monitoring and diagnostics
• Investigate appropriate model structures and analytical techniques
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor data scientists and technical teams on advanced modeling approaches
