You will develop and optimize downstream purification processes for viral vectors and plasmids, translating innovation into solutions that meet customer needs. • Develop and optimize chromatography-based purification processes for viral vectors and plasmids
• Evaluate and implement new chromatography resins and technologies
• Apply end-to-end bioprocessing workflow understanding
• Plan, execute, analyze, and document experiments using analytical methods
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to scientific dissemination
• MSc with 5+ years of biopharmaceutical process development experience or PhD with relevant experience
