Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)

Clera is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production ML systems for our AI-powered recruiting platform. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from data to deployment, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver impactful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design, train, and evaluate production ML models
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Monitor, debug, and optimize production models
• 3+ years of professional ML or SWE experience
