Capco is seeking an AI Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to design and implement Generative AI systems. You will work on projects transforming the financial services industry, focusing on multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and security integrations.

What we are looking for

Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems using AutoGen & Pydantic AI
Implement RAG pipelines, memory management, and observability with Langfuse
Integrate security, performance, and quality gates into production systems
Prompt & Context engineering including memory management
Implement policy enforcement for prompt injection prevention
Apply content filtering for PII and compliance-sensitive data
