Founding AI/ML Engineer

Clera is seeking a Founding AI/ML Engineer to build the core intelligence layer of our AI-powered recruiting marketplace. You will own the design, development, and production deployment of recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems that match candidates with relevant roles. • Design and build recommendation, ranking, and retrieval systems
• Develop LLM-powered features for improved matching quality
• Own product features from problem definition to production
• Build and maintain data pipelines and backend services
• 2-5 years of experience shipping end-to-end software features
• Production experience with recommendation systems or ML-powered matching
