AI Principal Engineer

Lead the design and delivery of complex, production-grade AI systems, including LLM-based applications and retrieval pipelines. This role requires a technical leader to own major components, influence architectural direction, and ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with product and engineering partners, drive engineering best practices, and mentor other engineers.
