Senior Principal Data Scientist -18872

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Data Scientist in Roy, Utah, to support the Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) team for the Sentinel Weapon System. This role involves developing data architectures and predictive models to optimize maintenance and reduce lifecycle costs for a critical defense program.

• Develop data architectures for predictive modeling of large-scale weapon systems
• Create statistical, ML, and physics-based predictive models for Remaining Useful Life (RUL)
• Establish templates and standards for modeling CBM+ items and processes
• Collaborate with data scientists to define WS data architecture and CBM+ tech stack
• Engage directly with the customer to define evolving program requirements
• Requires 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
