What we are looking for

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and tools for AI agents
Develop training and evaluation environments for realistic business workflows
Implement pipelines for collecting and processing agent traces and feedback
Design and implement automated evaluations and verification checks
Write clean, tested Python code and contribute to team engineering practices
Collaborate with engineers and model-training teams on system design and feedback
