Machine Learning Scientist II

Expedia Group is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist II to join their AI & Data organization. This role focuses on developing and improving systems to detect trust, safety, and marketplace health risks using machine learning and statistical modeling. You will own ML projects end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical findings to diverse audiences.

• Own machine learning projects end to end
• Develop and improve Marketplace Health Model system
• Translate complex challenges into scalable ML solutions
• Partner with product, engineering, and trust and safety teams
• Design experiments and analyses for model performance
• Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
