About this role

Empower is seeking an AI Platform Developer to design, build, and support enterprise AI platform capabilities. This role enables AI solution teams by providing reusable patterns for model access, experimentation, orchestration, and integration with enterprise systems.

What we are looking for

Develop and maintain reusable AI platform services, APIs, and SDKs
Implement integrations with LLM services, AI gateways, and vector search
Build and support CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing
Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, and data teams
Troubleshoot incidents and performance bottlenecks
Document platform patterns and onboarding guidance
