What we are looking for

Design and develop scalable AI systems for retrieval, ranking, categorization, and generative AI
Build and operate AI/ML systems end-to-end, from problem framing to production deployment
Work backwards from complex business problems to define scalable AI architectures
Design ranking and triage models for AI agents and human operators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value
Experience building and scaling 0→1 AI products from prototype to production
