Advanced Engineer: ML, LLM, NLP, RAG

Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI systems, including LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines, to enhance the automotive software development lifecycle. You will integrate these advanced AI capabilities into engineering workflows, driving improvements in quality, speed, and traceability while mentoring a team of engineers.

• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM, RAG, and NLP solutions
• Develop AI-enabled tools for systems, software, and testing engineering
• Integrate AI capabilities into automotive SDLC
• Lead and mentor a team of ~5 AI engineers
• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production deployments
• Strong SDLC exposure in large-scale product environments
