AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will architect and build Nexperia's agent systems, owning the core reasoning, planning, and memory components, as well as the user-facing interfaces like chat UIs and IDE extensions. This hands-on role involves writing and reviewing code, debugging production issues, and mentoring junior engineers, directly impacting the tools engineers use daily.

• Architect and build LLM agent systems, including reasoning, planning, and memory
• Develop user-facing products like chat UIs, IDE extensions, and CLI tools
• Own backend APIs, orchestration, and deployment of agent products
• Mentor junior AI engineers and define quality standards for agent releases
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and production deployment
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and API design
