Research Manager - Post-Training for Agents

Lead a team of researchers and engineers in fundamental research on post-training and autonomous agents, advancing reinforcement learning and AI capabilities. You will provide technical leadership, shape research direction, and collaborate with product teams to translate cutting-edge research into Datadog products, while maintaining a hands-on research role.

• Lead research in agent post-training and reinforcement learning
• Guide and mentor researchers and research engineers
• Design and advance reinforcement learning approaches and training loops
• Build simulated environments and synthetic data generation approaches
• Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to research publications and open-source artifacts
