Staff Data Scientist

As a Staff Data Scientist at Bitsight, you will research, develop, and implement advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to assess cybersecurity risks. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Security Ratings and Risk Vector methodologies, translating complex analytical solutions into production systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve challenging cybersecurity problems.

• Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models for cybersecurity risk assessment
• Enhance and maintain Bitsight's Security Ratings and Risk Vector scoring methodologies
• Explore new data sources and emerging AI/ML techniques for cybersecurity
• Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data science code and pipelines
• Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and Python/R
