Software Engineer, Machine Learning (SWE II & SWE I)

Salesforce is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement ML models, features, and services for Slack's conversational AI, search, and recommendation systems. This role focuses on delivering business value through practical ML applications, from simple models to sophisticated solutions, impacting millions of daily users.

• Develop ML models for ranking, retrieval, and generative AI use-cases
• Build data pipelines and manage ML features
• Leverage ML expertise to improve Slackbot experience
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on new features
