Machine Learning Scientist III

Expedia Group is seeking a Machine Learning Scientist III to join their Advertising Machine Learning team in Geneva. This role involves designing, developing, and applying machine learning models to optimize the advertising marketplace, impacting both user experience and business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize solutions and drive system-wide improvements.

• Design and develop ML/statistical models for ad auction systems
• Translate business questions into scientific problems and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Partner with engineers and product managers to productionize ML solutions
• Build and evaluate scalable ML approaches including feature engineering and experimentation
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions for improved outcomes
• Contribute to ML system architecture, monitoring, and operational best practices
