What we are looking for

3+ years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or mining
3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization
Experience leading the development of solutions to complex programs
Experience with Apache Spark, BI, cloud analytics, ETL, SQL, and machine learning techniques
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
