Principal Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Principal ML Engineer to build and maintain AI/ML systems, tackling complex problems and raising engineering excellence. You will design and implement data architectures, MLOps, and LLMOps, while mentoring engineers and establishing architectural principles. This role offers broad influence across project teams, primarily using Databricks and Azure.

• Shape end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic model architecture, development, and deployment
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps capabilities, including CI/CD, monitoring, and governance
• 10+ years software/ML systems, 6+ years production ML experience
• Senior-most or near-senior-most engineer on production ML/data platform
• Expertise in Databricks and Azure data ecosystem
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise technical standards
