About this role

Lead the data vision and strategy for Faire's rapidly growing Ads business, overseeing applied science, ML, and data engineering. You will manage and grow a team of Applied Scientists and Analytics Engineers, set the technical roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define the Ads organization's operating model and drive significant business impact.
