Senior AI/ML Engineer - Research Data AI and Predictive Modeling (Vaccine R&D)

Pfizer's Vaccines Research team is seeking an AI/ML Engineering leader to transform scientific data into a strategic asset for AI-driven vaccine discovery and development. This role involves building an AI-ready research data ecosystem to enable advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and generative AI applications. You will partner with scientists and digital teams to make research data discoverable, interoperable, and AI-ready, powering next-generation models for vaccine design and decision-making.

• Lead AI-Readiness strategy and implementation for diverse research data assets
• Design integrated data architectures connecting heterogeneous scientific datasets
• Develop automated data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines
• Build knowledge graphs and retrieval systems for effective data interaction
• Develop and deploy machine learning for predictive and translational modeling
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies like foundation models and generative AI
