What we are looking for

Design, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale LLM serving infrastructures
Push the boundaries of throughput and latency in LLM inference
Collaborate on AI roadmap and technical strategies
Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle from business requirements to deployed code
Implement and scale production model "Report Cards" for accuracy and latency
Work with tools like vLLM, SGLang, and KV Cache optimization
