Machine Learning Engineer

Join Manulife's AI + Data team as a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy production-grade ML and Generative AI capabilities. You will design, build, and operate platforms and pipelines to enhance customer understanding and drive business impact across insurance, banking, and wealth management.

• Design, build, and operate ML platforms and pipelines
• Develop reusable patterns for data, ML, and GenAI workloads
• Own the engineering backbone for ML delivery (CI/CD)
• Provision and manage PaaS infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop and maintain scalable ML serving infrastructure
• Optimize data pipelines and integrate ML solutions
