GenAI Engineer – LLM, RAG, Agentic AI & MLOps

Synechron is hiring a Gen AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions. You will design, fine-tune, and implement LLMs, RAG systems, and multimodal agents, focusing on performance and security. This role requires expertise in Python, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks to build scalable and secure AI solutions.

• Lead design, training, and deployment of LLMs and multimodal agents
• Develop scalable AI pipelines for real-time inference and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational AI systems
• Support prompt engineering, model evaluation, and bias detection
• Automate deployment, versioning, and monitoring workflows
• Conduct model validation, interpretability, and security assessments
