Scientist/Sr Scientist

Amgen is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist with expertise in mass spectrometry-based proteomics to join their team in Thousand Oaks, California. This role will focus on generating critical proteomic insights to support drug discovery and advance screening technologies by developing and implementing high-throughput proteomics workflows.

• Design, develop, and implement high-throughput mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows
• Execute automated sample preparation and LC-MS/MS analyses
• Collaborate with therapeutic area, biology, and chemistry teams
• Analyze and interpret proteomics data to generate drug discovery insights
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot high-throughput mass spectrometry systems
• Present research findings and communicate results to cross-functional teams
