Scientist I Process Development - Upstream or Downstream

As a Process Development Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will support clients in delivering life-saving gene therapies by executing laboratory and tech transfer activities for process establishment and cGMP manufacturing. You will act as a subject matter expert for both internally developed and client-transferred processes, ensuring smooth transitions from development to pilot and manufacturing spaces.

• Support planning, execution, and documentation of laboratory and tech transfer activities
• Act as a subject matter expert for process establishment and cGMP manufacturing
• Support transfer of internally developed and client-transferred processes
• Collaborate with Analytical Development team on testing plans
• Participate in client meetings and draft process development reports
• Prepare Process Development records, work instructions, and batch records
