Data Scientist

Red Hat is seeking a remote Data Scientist to design, implement, and optimize predictive and statistical models for enterprise marketing use cases. You will develop and manage automated data workflows, define statistical evaluation metrics, and create analytical dashboards. This role involves communicating AI/ML methodologies to stakeholders and translating business challenges into technical specifications.

• Design and implement predictive and statistical models using Gradient Boosting and Bayesian modeling
• Develop and manage automated data transformation and preprocessing workflows within MLOps frameworks
• Define and apply statistical evaluation metrics to optimize AI/ML model accuracy
• Design analytical dashboards in Tableau and interactive prototypes in Streamlit
• Communicate AI/ML methodologies and findings to executive, technical, and business stakeholders
• Develop production-grade AI/ML applications in Python, build APIs, and deploy on Kubernetes
