About this role

BD is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and innovate AI capabilities within their enterprise platform, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and applied AI/ML solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working with Azure and other technologies to deliver tangible business value.

What we are looking for

Design, prototype, and validate AI-powered features spanning Generative AI, NLP, and Agentic AI
Train, fine-tune, and operationalize language or vision models for production inference
Architect and deliver production-ready advanced RAG workflows for large documents
Build complex multi-agent systems with reusable agent capabilities
Develop modular, reusable Python APIs and reference implementations
Collaborate with backend and cloud engineers to ensure AI solutions meet constraints
