Machine Learning Engineer (Mid-Level)

Clera is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML systems that power a core product. You will own the full ML lifecycle, from problem definition to production monitoring, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for production
• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to model serving
• Translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Debug and optimize model performance in production
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to ML infrastructure
• 3+ years of professional experience in ML or software engineering with applied ML work
