Develop and deploy AI agents and automations within Salesforce to enhance the productivity of the global commercial team. This role focuses on embedding AI capabilities directly into seller workflows, creating measurable gains through actionable insights and automated processes.

• Build and deploy AI agents in Salesforce using Agentforce
• Develop governed prompt libraries and reusable AI components
• Design and implement automations for seller and SDR workflows
• Ensure AI outputs are written back into CRM objects
• Implement Responsible AI compliance standards
• 4-7 years of experience with Salesforce development and Agentforce
