Archer is seeking a Staff AI Systems Engineer to architect, deploy, and manage infrastructure for large-scale AI model training and inference. You will ensure ML platforms are robust and efficient, bridging the gap between data and AI models.

• Architect, deploy, and manage AI infrastructure for training and inference
• Ensure robust and efficient ML platforms
• Deploy, scale, and manage resilient infrastructure for distributed AI training
• Utilize and maintain MLOps tooling like MLflow
• Optimize compute and inference for LLMs
• Collaborate with AI researchers and Software Engineers
