Machine Learning Engineer, Infra, AI for Drug Discovery

Roche is seeking a Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate platforms for deploying, evaluating, and monitoring machine learning models in drug discovery. This hands-on role involves developing scalable model-serving infrastructure, improving platform reliability, and contributing to model lifecycle management.

• Design, implement, and operate scalable model-serving infrastructure
• Evolve internal model deployment platform into a self-service solution
• Improve platform scalability, reliability, and performance
• Build observability and operational tooling for model usage and performance
• Contribute to model lifecycle management infrastructure
