About this role
Pfizer is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build and manage agentic systems for AI-based workflows. This role involves owning the orchestration layer, designing prompt architecture, and ensuring production reliability of these systems. What we are looking for
6- Own orchestration frameworks and agent architecture for AI-based workflows
- Build and harden agentic workflows for production use
- Design prompt architecture and tool/API integrations
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and cost controls for LLM-based systems
- Partner with Data Engineer and Senior Data Analyst
- 8+ years of experience in software or ML engineering in healthcare/pharma
