VAT Analyst

This role supports VAT compliance and reporting across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and timely filings and adherence to local regulations. You will coordinate with regional controllers and external advisors, maintain VAT registrations, and assist in VAT payments and reconciliations. The position also focuses on process improvements and providing basic VAT guidance.

• Assist in preparation and review of VAT returns across EMEA
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams for timely filings
• Support maintenance and update of VAT codes in internal systems
• Assist in VAT reconciliation process
• Provide documentation and support during VAT audits
• Review intercompany billing transactions for correct VAT treatment
