Assistant Manager, Tax, Finance

FWD Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Tax to manage tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Macau, and Bermuda. This role involves providing tax advice for business initiatives, corporate restructuring, and investments, as well as supporting international tax and transfer pricing compliance.

• Manage profits tax compliance and reporting for multiple jurisdictions
• Review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations under IFRS
• Provide tax advice on business initiatives, restructuring, and investments
• Support international tax and transfer pricing documentation
• Assist with BEPS, Pillar Two, and other international tax developments
• Minimum 4-8 years of tax experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
