Join PGIM's Private Credit Secondaries team as an Investment Analyst in New York City. This hybrid role involves bottom-up credit analysis of underlying borrowers and exposure to portfolio-level investing and transaction structuring in a rapidly growing strategy. You will support the full investment process, conduct extensive credit analysis and financial modeling, and monitor existing investments.
What we are looking for
6- Support investment process from sourcing to execution of private credit secondaries transactions
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses and investment memoranda
- Conduct extensive credit analysis and financial modeling of underlying borrowers and funds
- Monitor existing investments and provide valuation updates
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in private credit, direct lending, or credit secondaries
